This new building, located on a rural estate in Litchfield County, provides 14,000 sf of exhibition, storage, and art handling space. Conceptually, the project consists of a stone volume, which provides two large primary galleries, and two wood boxes clad in stained cedar, which provide additional exhibition and viewing rooms as well as support spaces.
