Refurbishment and extension to a Grade 2 listed property in the Sussex downs.
It took us over a year to get through planning and on to site and it's been a year on site.
Every room has been refurbished and renewed, various structural elements fixed, wells found, steels added to support the old structure.
The outbuilding was unstable so had to be rebuilt and an archaeology team employed. you name it, it needed it!
