This spacious penthouse is located close to Avenida da Liberdade and the Botanical Garden. With a magnificent view over the river and the city, this 300 m² apartment was designed as an urban retreat. Through an approach centered on comfort, timeless design and quality materials, Gavinho Architecture & Interiors recreated most of its interior spaces.
In the social and home cinema areas, the focus was on creating an intimate and welcoming environment. Noteworthy are the pieces made to measure by Gavinho - such as the bookcase, the bar and a large rug - but also the furniture, lighting and wallpaper from the best brands.
On the old terrace, a new covered social area was created, a space that encourages socializing, with a dining area, lounge and barbecue. The kitchen has also been completely rebuilt and is now an open space. The master suite has been redesigned with special attention to creating a serene, tactile and comfortable space. Right next door, the new closet offers an essential storage area, marked by transparency, elegance and quality details. Finally, a new bathroom, covered in Sahara Noir marble, finishes off the sophisticated ambience of this penthouse in Lisbon.
