The hotel is arranged on fourteen floors and includes 190 rooms, conference rooms, a restaurant and a fitness area. The construction is reinforced concrete poured on site while the bottom slab and the slab are of predalles. The exterior curtain walls are made of metal,
glass and brick plastered and covered with a curtain.
