The project Liquid Plaza is an intervention for the new civic center located within the ports, in the Escobar Province of Buenos Aires. Te civic center consists on 3 existing parts: a building, a dry place, and a sculpture by artist Artur Lescher. Te plaza aims to resolve a possible waterfront, and consists of an amphibious operation that allows water to get inside, generating a new complementary piece to the existing Plaza. Te Liquid Plaza consists of a system of foating prefabricated modules 12 x 3 meters, and functions as an extension of walkable fooring and equipment use. Each inner edge is defned for an activity in relation to water: fshing, boat mooring. Tis is the minimal part in the beginning of a new theoretical-project exploration of the studio Bulla and is based in the relation between man and nature.
