The project of the airport hotel is located in a concession area of Infraero, inside the Antônio Carlos Jobim International Airport (Galeão). For a better utilization of the space, considering the height limitation, the hotel is divided into two buildings: at the front, the spaces for services and administration are concentrated, which allows accommodating 162 rooms in the rear building. In case the ground floor were not used for placing the units, it would be possible to construct solely 135 rooms. Aiming at being ready for the World Cup 2014, the Linx Hotel was conceived in a precast concrete structure and industrialized sealing elements.
