With Evan Mann Architect
Overlooking iconic Lincoln Center in Manhattan, this project reimagines two adjacent apartments into a 2,000 square foot residence for a young family. The design expands and reorients the central living, dining, and kitchen space to take advantage of large glass expanses for natural light and sunset views over the Hudson River. The bedrooms have been reconfigured within an irregular building footprint to maintain a more private family wing with all rooms having access to daylight while also creating a large master suite with a panoramic view of the city.
