The Lime Wood hotel has evolved from the rebuilding of what was Parkhill, following careful master planning by Charles Morris.
PWP Architects were commissioned by Carillion as executive architects to detail the main resort, the practice worked closely with the client team which involved Charles Morris and Ben Pentreath.
PWP were responsible for interpreting and detailing the clients design intent.
The Lime Wood hotel features an array of buildings including the main house, the pavilions, the crescent and coach house; achieving 30 new bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Additionally to the bedrooms, Limewood host kitchens, private/fine dining, cellars and food preparation areas. Equally impressive at Lime Wood are the gardens and grounds which were also detailed and set out by PWP Architects.
The building incorporated variety of quality natural materials that require good attention to their detail. The hotel has won a series of awards for design.
