Modern light-filled house designed for a young family. Thanks to the use of modern technologiy and materials, we were able to achieve a harmonious combination of architecture and natural landscape, further emphasizing the individuality of the house. Preserving the original nature of the site without destroying the beautiful vistas was a major project goal.
Of course, an important focus was also the energy efficiency and comfort of the structure. Despite the large areas of glazing, the house is cozy and warm. The panoramic windows are stylish and cost-effective, and the interior of the house seems much more spacious thanks to the glass walls and plenty of natural light. In fact, the cost of constructing primary walls with their interior and exterior finishing would have been much higher. In this project, we also used a heat pump, which provides excellent climate-control with minimal operating costs.
