Wood, glass, resin, soft colors, smooth surfaces, transparencies, natural light are the basic elements making up the project of a small house for a young professional couple in the neighborhood of St. Peter in Rome. The design of the interiors enhances the quality of the house exposed to natural light on three of its four sides. The mediation between outside / inside, sleeping area / living area, served / serving areas is marked by the presence of light modulated by the warmth and transparency of the material and ensured by the solutions of detail: doors and cabinets are complanar with the wall; partitions are vertical planes of color resting directly on the floor, functional spaces for cooking and hygiene appear like engraving in the thickness of the walls.
