Our project starts from a small plot of land dominated by a large Holm Oak. Thanks to its excellent situation just outside the village, the views over the plain stretching below and up towards the Castle of Montánchez, are magnificent.
Project Description:
On the side opposite the Holm Oak we build a roomy small house with two floors, under very specific constraints as defined by the owners. The result is a very compact home where every usable space has been calculated to the millimetre in order to encroach as little as possible on the wild rural area of the terrain.
