BuilDOT is an innovative concept of Mix-Used building, as a contemporary Green building, this project will take place in Long Island City waterfront.
Design-Thinking as a LEED project, this Building is designed of Big Innovative and colorful Glass panels, they allow interior natural lighting levels, and thermal comfort, an external view and are equipped of wall plants with access to a natural ambiance.
Those materials also manage the VOC of the Building and gives good acoustic design.
The FitDesign retail space is equipped of a bike access, ecofriendly Furnitures that gives a good and comfy stop front of the Manhattan Skyline.
The Building has a last floor Restaurant area,with a great Atrium to give a stunning view on the City and give a very natural ambiance lights.
At the proximity of this building we will provide also an ecofriendly Public School Building design as a Brutal building this construction
will happen in 2 phases to reach the request 80.000 SqFt .
The back of the building will also provide a Green concept of Big Movie Studios as a commercial project, protected by outdoor wall plants, this 5 storeys and 22.000 SqFt each will also respect the Cultural aspect of Long Island City as a well-known movie production spot.
The rest of the building will provide Housing and Affordable housing with a very nice frontview of New York / Manhattan.
