The competition winning design is for the new regional headquarter offices for the Korea Land and Housing Authority. The 98,500 SM site is located in the east of downtown Jinju in a new development district. The design vision for the project is to create a new sustainable campus and integrated green architecture. The design implements several design features including highly visible passive solar exterior shading skin protecting the south and west facades as well as water collection, retention and reuse water systems support green roofs and indoor natural environment spaces. The project will support administrative offices, public services, welfare and cultural facilities, sports facilities, exhibition hall, classrooms, conference facilities, broadcast studio, library, credit union, cafeteria, and childcare.
