Quorum designed this new 14,000 square foot facility on a site overlooking a large city recreation area including soccer and baseball fields, a lake, skate park and dog park. What better way to bring families into the new Animal Shelter and Adoption Center than to locate the building in this area? In a nod to the beautiful surroundings, this facility is filled with natural light and leads you naturally to the animals through presentation of the pets and into large “get to know” courtyard. This is how people and pets get introduced to each other and where pets can interact with its potential new family.
