DIGroup Architecture (DIG) partnered with the Jewish Community Housing Corp. (JCHC) to renovate and expand Lester Senior Living, a premier independent and assisted living facility in Whippany, NJ, located just 30 miles west of Manhattan.
The project added approximately 20,000 square feet of new amenities, creating more interactive and engaging spaces for residents. Highlights of the renovation include an enhanced café and reading room, a refurbished dining room, and the addition of a new theater on the second level. The atrium was also revitalized, providing a vibrant and welcoming communal space.
