Located in a unique setting along the Avenue General Guisan, the project takes its place on a plot of approximately 4200m2 enjoying a wide opening on the lake. The project sets up the western edge of the plot, leaving the front Mansion "the chestnut" that overlooks the parcel since early 1920 release.
Leaning against the slope in this one by the waterfront, the project responds to Minergie with central heating with pellets, developed on 4 levels connected to a buried car on the rear. To make the most of the land, a patio is furnished to the north, thus giving the apartments on the lower levels through original space with natural light.
Each of the 5 flats is treated as a single object and adapts to the lifestyle of its owner: for one of the master bedroom on the lake and mountains or on the contrary to the other protected west in a cocoon greenery.
Ventilated facades are covered with a gray quartzite, it is treated in two different ways (sweetened or grooved) to take good light. Some other items off the facade between the windows are covered in Carrara marble veined and polished. The different materials used (gray stone, marble, stainless steel, white sails, wooden deck), complement and enhance subtly, through these sets of textures, the building to fit into its environment.
Identity of the project, Shade sails are built on terraces to allow modulate privacy and sun protection. They give an extra dynamic facades, as even completely wound on their diagonal axes, slender masts, cables are stretched easily identifiable
