This project means to give the qualities and the liberties of an individual house in collective structure. It carries out the idea of the evolution of life of the people, it aims to offer a pleasure of living : each dwelling has a bigger size than the classic "social-type" size, is able to evolve, and has a true soil garden at each floor.
The project is divided into 2 phases :
- The first part is built. Philippe Ruault did the photographs that you will find in low resolution below.
- As for the second part of the project -still under study-, it is a proposal of vertical city garden, a collective structure in which each person can build its own house.
