Development of two twin office-space mansions and 9 industrial premises, the Leonardo da
Vinci Building Center complex carries a special aestetic connotation of marble aggregate
covered panels, block walls and vast all-glass areas open to an approx. 7000 square meters
park. A special attraction is a rooftop heliport located at the top of one of the office-space
mansions. Such a heliport homologated and equipped with fire-prevention means is one of
the three existing across Piemonte e Val d’Aosta. The project consists of over 10.000 square
meters of office spaces and of 9.000 square meters of industrial premises with related offices
located on two levels; there are 50 offices and 9 office spaces for industrial companies;
apart from this on the ground floor of one of the office-space mansions there is also a large
restaurant – a bar with dehors.
High quality finishings and state-of-the-art technologies implemented in the project should
also be mentioned: the cool comfort in offices is guaranteed by air conditioners while for
heating the environmentally friendly centralized heating was chosen.
