This is a laundry room addition added on to an existing house. The house's previous laundry room was too small and restricted the layout of the kitchen. This Usonian style addition is clad in cedar siding protected by a flat roof with large overhangs. Light fills the space through 5 foot tall windows and a Frank Lloyd Wright style mitered corner window. Light is also brought in through upper clerestory windows.
Italian tile, Ikea cabinets and Quartz countertops integrate the new laundry room with the newly remodeled kitchen.
