Most important to the success of the
construction of a single-family home is the trust between the client and
the architect. This was a given from the very beginning – from the
joint search of a property to the final implementation.The narrow
and long property, an exhausted vineyard, is flanked by private paths on
the south and north side and opened up to the west valley side. It was
the ideal site for the project. Corresponding to the development plan,
the building was located towards the valley with the garden to the east.
