The offices of Legacy Marketing Partners were spread out and disconnected within their building. Nearly two decades in the same office spaces had left the company without a unified visual statement and in need of a space that capitalized on their unique office culture.
The solution for the 30,000 square foot office space involved renovating a portion of the existing office space and expanding to the floor below. The two floors are connected by means of a new staircase, unifying the floors with a refined industrial aesthetic. A mix of open and enclosed breakout spaces, conference rooms, and a full-functioning bar correspond to the company's creative and interactive culture. Flexible pin-up spaces and work surfaces provide plenty of opportunity for personalization and interaction, two critical traits for a company whose motto is "Experience Brand Love".
