Combining flexible offices and meeting spaces with amenities, Ledger offers 180,000 square feet of commercial space merging everyday work activities with the community experience of coworking. With its mixed uses and human-centered design, Ledger goes beyond the concept of a typical office interiors and transforms into a vertical neighborhood.

The spaces within Ledger are crafted to create equal opportunities for focused work sessions, serendipitous interactions, and communal gatherings, adapting to the needs of workers ranging from individual entrepreneurs to multi-departmental teams. The diversity of workspaces and program types meet with natural light, views of the city, outdoor access, and a carefully selected collection of color palettes, furniture, and art installations, enriching the user experience at every step of the journey.

The lobby and winter garden take inspiration from the region’s natural landscapes, with river rocks, white oak, and a sustainable tree bringing the outside in. The reception desk works as the centerpiece, with a circular design that is easily approached from every direction and low to be welcoming and accessible. Beyond the winter garden, a walkway connects the lobby with the conference center, providing a variety of signature meeting spaces. Building on the oasis-like feel of the lobby, the walkway is mirrored by its ceiling, acting as a flowing river that connects spaces fluidly while projecting activity and dynamism.
On the coworking floors, Ledger offers an energetic, vibrant working environment that accommodates different office types, work styles, and group sizes. The design approach uses brightness and neutrality to create fresh and welcoming spaces that provide comfort and adaptability to the users, with an atmosphere that intentionally highlights people and activities.
Along with the working spaces, different lounges offer the users a variety of options to incorporate social and community-centered elements into their routines, complementing Ledger's coworking experience.

The top floor offers amenity spaces such as large meeting rooms, a rooftop bar and lounge, and a terrace, creating relaxed and comfortable atmospheres perfect for the activities that take place before, during, and after office hours. Inspired by the nature surrounding the building, the selected color palettes and furniture combinations bring the spaces to life with a calm and refined feel, working as a relaxed, high-quality environment for community events and gatherings.

Additionally, Ledger boasts a public art program featuring over 200 original works of art. Each piece was carefully selected to complement the interior architecture and create an immersive experience for visitors. Every bookable conference room features a locally produced work of art customized for the space. Moreover, the room itself is named after the artist, keeping the artwork and author in the spotlight.

Ledger's collaborative partnership with Creative Arkansas Community Hub & Exchange (CACHE) demonstrates its dedication to supporting local artists and their talents. The resources and spaces provided to artists for showcasing their work champions the diverse and vibrant culture of Northwest Arkansas.
