This project an energy
rehabilitation on occupied site of a 1969’s residential building. In each of
the 131 units, heat losses and energy consumption are significantly reduced.
The renovations have included the glass-wool exterior insulation (12 cm thick),
the loggia’s closing with aluminium sliding joinery and ground floor’s joinery
replacement. The installation of an Hygro B mechanical ventilation and a heating
control system allowed to reach the client’s economical objectives. We gave
careful consideration to the details, especially the black and white outdoor
cladding panels which are perfectly the same as the original facade design.
