An inclusive and welcoming new green setting
The Senior Residence is set in a vast planted garden, punctuated by flowerbeds, trees and groves with a thousand scents. The site has been designed to accommodate strolls and floral breaks, allowing residents to stroll around gently. The outdoor spaces have been prioritized and qualified to enable a multitude of outdoor programs and activities.
Indeed, like two great sloping arms, the main buildings open onto a vast green space: the large promenade stretches from south to north, taking advantage of the sunset light, while the large planted entrance courtyard opens out generously to the south, allowing the building's main entrance to be read, with its large reception hall whose architecture extends the design of the gardens.
This link between the two main buildings is topped by rooftop houses. Its lower height and transparency make it possible to view the northern garden, whose shade is much appreciated during the hot summer months.
