Le Blue penthouse

For this project we were required to design the interior scheme of a penthouse in Tung Chung. The brief was to rebound to a more modern and clean interior design.
To begin with, we first went to the site and survey the hall area.
Afterwards, we then created in Revit and existent model.
As part of the production of information, we provided the client with reference images of modern interior designs.
As result, we chose light colors, simple furniture, new kitchen and bathrooms with an influence of Japanese style.
We then proceeded to create the propose design in Revit for the delivery of a interior design package to the client.
As part of the package, we included screen captures of the 3D model as well as drawings with critical dimensions.
Highlights
The penthouse is a duplex with a rooftop. In the rooftop there is a split floor level and a hot tub.
To keep the project within budget, we had to think of an economical yet astatically pleasant design.
In this project it was critical to keep track of the project’s cost. For this we used Revit scheduling capabilities.
