Brivia Group has commissioned us to carry out phase 3 of a major real estate development in Quebec City. The site is intended above all to be an attractive living space for welcoming young families and revitalizing the area.
Set to rise 15 stories high and include 4 levels of parking, the residential complex called LB9 is designed to foster a sense of community among its occupants. To achieve this, close collaboration with the clients allowed the program to evolve in order to offer multiple spaces for the residents. Special emphasis is placed on sports facilities to promote mobility and a healthy lifestyle: a swimming pool, gym, showers, bathrooms, and locker rooms. Numerous shared spaces with a collaborative purpose are also planned, including the lobby and common lounge, where you'll find several comfortable and inviting seating areas, encouraging residents to stop for a moment to greet a neighbor. The spaces are versatile and accessible to everyone.
To enhance the relationship with the outdoors, there are collective terraces and community gardens, further strengthening the sense of belonging between the building and its community.
