In a building free span wide with integrated environments, the gourmet area was designed following the concept of the existing house, a modern and cheerful building.
A simple building with four pillars which support a large free span and doors in glass and aluminum, shelter a black iron box. Joyful and colorful décor creates the warmth and casual feeling. The space was designed for small and large cocktails so that also presents a semi-industrial kitchen and spacious male and female toilets.
The gourmet area is surrounded by light and glass which facilitates ventilation and thermal comfort since there are any walls unless the wall of ferns in the background. The only closed facade, the block of toilets and industrial kitchen, is the one that faces the west and prevents the afternoon sun of hitting the building.
Large glass doors were placed so that you can open the spaces to the beautiful garden of Luiz Carlos Orisini when desired or closed in times of rain and bad weather.
Black marbles smooth were used on the floor and an iron box loosed from the liner demarcates kitchen and toilets environments. None the less, a shelf of wood hides the kitchen door while a rip in the same iron box demarcates the opening of the toilets.
The bathroom has black travertine marble countertop with mirror walls, the toilets doors are in black iron and the orange glass mosaic was chosen to coat the walls of the toilets.
The gourmet kitchen received a black granite counter and gray woodwork from Kitchens.
The décor is a mix of Brazilian and foreign designers.
