Lawrence Technological University :: Multi Sport Performance Stadium
Lawrence Tech currently competes at the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics level; however their facilities were not originally designed for competitive level athletes. In order to upgrade their facilities, Lawrence Tech engaged with The Collaborative to preform an Athletic Facilities Master Plan.
Following the Master Plan, Lawrence Tech requested fundraising graphics for a new stadium and game-day support spaces.
Thanks to an anonymous donor, Lawrence Tech installed a new synthetic turf field for their three soccer and two lacrossee teams along with intramural programs like flag football, soccer and ultimate frisbee.
The new field is part of a more comprehensive renovation project aimed at improving the athletic facilities.” Phase 1 includes the new turf, fencing and increased parking capacity. Phases 2 and 3 will include adding lights for nighttime activities, permanent stands and other spectator amenities.
