"Lasaoko Aisialdi Egoitza" (Lasao Community Building) is a new community center for this neighbourhood located in the region Gipuzkoa, Spain. The project has been implemented using the pre-engineered P3 System, developed and patented by Cidark.
Being erected in only two weeks, the LCB has been designed using first class sustainble materials and facilities, such as:
-Plastic-wood ventilade facade (50% recycled plastic / 50% wood fibres).
-Mineral wool thermo-acoustic insulation
-Wood-cement internal coatings
-High abrasion resistance vinyl floors (AC5)
-Wood fibre acoustic false ceilings
-Integrated air conditioning
-Energy saving LED lighting
-Fire detection system
