The building is defined as a series of pleats in direct dialogue with strong topographical conditions. The tower lies on the hillside.
From the natural conformation of the relief, the architectural gesture generates a transversal line to the ridge, becoming a viaduct that connects the upper and the lower part of the existing site, as it rises above the new main road design and an existing secondary road.
For this reason this building does not have a unique level of access; they become multiples entries allowing different levels of vehicular and pedestrian access, derived from its special response in constant topographical exchange.
When the building develops horizontally, it receives public spatiality (meeting spaces, recreational spaces and community production); when the building becomes vertical, it receives private spatiality (multifamily housing).
Reclining this vertical building, it becomes a major urban, architectural and community piece. It is a vertical building made by stacking pieces, with urban, local and building responsibilities: it is a building of buildings.
