The high standards of on-site management during the construction process, the corporate characteristics of precision work and the approachable characteristics of the business owner triggered an in-depth exploration of the brand gene. From the mechanical manufacturing attributes and regional characteristics, we expanded Tracing people and space, the spirituality of business owners and the physical properties of products, etc., we hope to achieve a balance between business and space and establish an emotional and deep link between people and space.
Based on the design thinking of "emotional space", we reorganized the actual needs for office, production and community links. Starting from the functional level, integrating corporate office, exhibition hall, factory and employee living facilities and other functions, launching a discussion about "future office community", and presenting the quality and spirituality of the corporate headquarters through another simple and calm space form .
The design core responds to the company's international nature and high quality. Linear blocks and geometric beams are used on the first floor and in the elevator hall to enhance the open feeling of the space. Through the link between material properties and brand space, aluminum plates similar to the company's products are used as The space base material, through a large number of seam-off processes, is moderately retreated, and strict proportion control is used to highlight the company's core products and competitiveness.
In the employee office area, full openness and penetration replace closed and compact traditional compartments, giving more space capacity to accommodate functions such as leisure, communication, meetings, tea, etc.
The design hopes to reshape the emotional connection and awareness between employees and the company through more relaxed spatial expression, and transform the regional perception of traditional manufacturing space; at the same time, combined with the company's friendly and inclusive management philosophy, the diverse open space can attract Crowds gather to create exchanges and collisions, stimulate the inherent innovation of the place, and also facilitate the symbiotic relationship between enterprises and individuals.
