In this project, we strived to create an environment for family recreation, communication of residential complex inhabitants, places for active rest of different age groups. Therefore, the improvement of this territory includes: playgrounds up to 3 years old and older than 3 years old; knowledge labyrinth – quest, system of the simplest riddles that should promote the development of the child; polyfunctional glade for games (ball games, badminton, classics, etc.), and in winter – the ice rink; mini-golf; table tennis; outdoor sports/fitness equipments; slides for sleigh rides; open cinema for watching movies etc. These sites should contribute to the creation of a single social structure which consists of the inhabitants of the residential complex to maintain the proper level of cleanliness and security of the common courtyard space.
