The Landora Real Estate Office Interior reimagines a conventional workplace as a sustainable, construction-inspired environment. Designed by Ar. Ariful Islam & Team and executed by Zero-inch Interiors Ltd, the 6,000 sft office at JCX Business Tower, Bashundhara demonstrates how reclaimed construction materials can be transformed into a refined and functional workspace.
Inspired by the raw beauty of active construction sites, the design embraces an industrial aesthetic while prioritizing environmental responsibility. Instead of introducing entirely new materials, the project repurposes construction elements collected directly from the site, giving them a meaningful second life within the interior.
Steel shutters, scaffolding metal bars, concrete blocks, bricks, and safety helmets have been thoughtfully integrated into the design, celebrating the honest character of these materials while reducing construction waste and embodied carbon. Every reused element contributes to a distinctive visual identity that reflects the client's industry and commitment to innovation.
The result is a bold, contemporary office that balances functionality, sustainability, and storytelling. By transforming reclaimed materials into architectural features, the project demonstrates how adaptive reuse can create engaging workplaces with a lower environmental impact.
