Land Rise Pavilion

This is a conceptual work which is used for recreational purposes and points put to importance of the land and nature through attracting people for non-routine activities such as mountain climbing and rock climbing. Similar to the previous projects, the design process of this project was begun with a simple idea. A network of orthogonal segments were drawn, a structure disconnects us from the land and keeps us pendent on these bars like acrobats. To remain pendent, we required surfaces hanging from this structure.
We draw the surfaces and reduced the bars. Finally, a pavilion was borne which was consisting of slope surfaces with the almond-shaped prose on it and a level surface in the middle which is covered with high flexibility materials. The hidden and exciting angles of this pavilion are more than the last projects and light and shadow play is seen more here.
This pavilion does not belong to any special location or climate and can be installed and constructed in different places and it shall certainly be attractive for different age groups. A construction communicating with most people of different cultures and the people are confuted to visit it, enter there, take photograph, and record it in their mind is really important. In this regard, the main idea, creativity, the designed space, relation of the construction with the nature, history, culture, and method of execution should be of high quality.
Perhaps, the readers may state that Iranian traditional architecture may be traced in this project. But, history and culture are used less in these projects in spite of their beautiful structures. The pavilions present new and special spaces. Little cultural symbols have been used in pavilions. In other words, they do not belong to any special territory.
