Lakeviews is located on a crucial location, between the new ring road and the lake of Tirana. By making the buildings slope and fold into the site, each dwelling has maximum views of the city skyline and surrounding mountains. The circular shapes create green and pedestrian public spaces with various functions and services, while all parking is solved below grade.
The end houses have full-width terraces with sunken planters, providing greenery and shade.
The buildings are made of concrete and meet seismic class 8.
