connective landscape, cleveland multimodal lakefront station*The new Cleveland Lakefront Station is a continuous landscape surface that connects the mall with the museums by the lake. The landscape proposal constructs a new urban space that will enhance the urban potentials of a new waterfront through the continuity between the planned spaces, the mall and its relationship with downtown Cleveland. The landscape is constructed through the extension of the Cleveland Conference Center and the Lakefront station itself, while establishing underneath a series of connections between all the different modes of transportation.*This project was developed by Armando Oliver Suinaga while working for RMIT University as a submission to the 2009 Cleveland Station competition.
