Lake house was developed with the latest ecological architecture concept to achieve a clean, quick and collapsible construction using recyclable materials. The carbon neutralization of all its production, logistics and assembly will be certified.
All this work resulted in a house of high energy efficiency, self sustainable, with 82% reuse of materials and products in the disassembly.
The lake house is a large metal frame enclosure, lined with sliding glass skin with a green atrium, providing a microclimate with a more linear temperature than outside. The intimate areas are in two boxes of the steel frame system and drywall, positioned diagonally, providing unusual spaces for living room, canopy, library and internal circulation.
The house also has an indoor swimming pool, atrium, an organic outdoor pool and a lake.
