This work is the challenge of colonizing an atypical land in the form of a 15,000 m2 plot, with a higher floor in terms of suburban life. Lago Escondido proposes the creation of a natural central space, a 3,200 m2 lagoon that converges on the main component of the project and the structure of the townhouse plantation around it; so that all units have their own garden that flows into the main lake, expanding the visual and experiential expansions.
The typological repetition will adjust to the stripes that embrace and delimit the set, provided that, always with the idea of respecting the environment (both natural and built), it will gradually lose height as it moves away from the entrance, avoiding obstructing the images and the beautiful urban lighting.
Tectonically, living cells combine pure volumes of material with others in wood and concrete and steel elements, allowing typological versatility, as long as they have a contemporary image as a whole and awaken their surroundings.
