This project upgraded six elevators in a busy state office building, making daily rides safer, smoother, and more reliable for everyone who uses them. It all started with a detailed predesign study to outline the full modernization needs, identify cost-saving short-term repairs, and provide accurate cost and schedule projections.
From there, the project moved into full design and construction. Our team worked closely with the general contractor to carefully phase the work, minimizing disruptions for building occupants while staying on time and on budget.
The result is a modern, dependable elevator system that improves performance and efficiency, ensuring the building can serve its occupants safely and reliably for years to come.
