La Vista, a multi-family residential building located in Guaratuba – PR, was designed to harmonize with the coastal landscape, offering privileged views of the sea. Its contemporary architecture, with organic shapes and fluid lines, interacts seamlessly with the natural surroundings.
The main challenge of the project was developing and coordinating 13 different unit types, each tailored to meet diverse living profiles, without compromising the building’s visual unity. The solution was a staggered volumetry, which not only ensured privacy and natural ventilation but also maximized ocean views for all units.
Neutral materials and refined finishes, such as wood details, reinforce the integration with the landscape, while large windows and expansive balconies connect the interiors to the exterior.
