Concept
In this flat expanse, it is difficult to understand the tower at the first glance.
At this distance, it seems to be a rock. Approaching the landscape widens, the climate softened through the shadows projected on the ground.
One enters a maze of streets that recall the eastern souks. Men seem to have enjoyed a happy relief susceptibility to settle.
At the corner of an alley, one gets aware of the presence of the tower. It now seems huge, but a reassuring immensity welcoming.
One enters naturally, at the threshold of a water basin brings freshness and reflects an atrium. Looking up, we see an inner tower covered with vegetation, it seems to have pushed the center of the first!
In the floors coexist a hotel, housing, shops, a panoramic restaurant, a meteorological observatory, a museum of desert, offices...
These temperate areas enjoy views of the vast expanse of the desert outside and towards the inside vertical garden.
One can also play sports, swim in a pool, pray in a sacred place facing the cloudless sky.
Ochre-colored exterior façades, very protective, resonate with this site so special.
They are composed of shading and sensors that produce the necessities of life energy and cooling tower.
