“La Toasteria” is the project for a new restaurant dedicated to street-food that makes the toast its main product. A space designed for a heterogeneous public with different needs and strongly linked to the people who live the neighborhood characterized by points of aggregation and meeting for tourists, students and inhabitants. The main idea was to propose a space connected to the external area, an internal environment that is part of the road too: this is the reason that led to reflect on the doors and windows proposed not just for the entrances, but also as inside elements for separation. The internal-external relationship is thus made more complex and articulated. The materials used in furniture and coverings have followed a language in line with the popular tradition of the area.
