This touristic residential complex is located in the lower area Sierra de Benalmádena. The topography of the terrain is very suitable and hence our architectural office decided to develop a staggered complex, which in compliance with legislation applicable to the plot was developed on three floors being suitably integrated into the terrain.
The architecture of this complex was developed based on basic Mediterranean ideas, as we understood that it should be constructed in an environment close to the beautifu urban centre
of Benalmádena, which has always encouraged the respect for local architecture. For said reason, we have rendered all exterior walls and covered elements with old Arabian tiles, where
necessary. We used clay in exterior areas and we finished by adapting it to current architectural language which is functionally required. Inside we used installation and finishing elements adapted to the latest technologies.
La Sierra Complex is very large and of great beauty. Its integration into the lower area of Sierra de Benalmádena can be appreciated, along with its design which achieved a volumetric and spaciously approved complex.
