The technological challenge was the development of a front wall lined with wooden biosynthetic (composed of various plastics and fibers) which creates an insulation forming a ventilated facade that allows energy savings.
This decision was accompanied by the incorporation of DVH, perimeter walls 20 cm width, Cross ventilation in the main rooms and the installation of a solar water heater.
The public spaces are illuminated by LED technology and finally at the top level is running a "green roof"
