With design in 2009 and construction in 2010, the 400m2 residence is located in an area of a condominium on the coast of Rio Grande do Sul.The shape of the residence is divided into two blocks of different materials. A two-story brick block and a textured white ground block, that serves as a terrace. The stair element serves as a transition between these two blocks, having large openings to the exterior. On the ground floor, the longitudinal two-story brick block houses all part of the housework, with its own access, and a suite for guests. On the second floor, the four suites are connected by a corridor that gives access to the terrace. The master suite has its own area on the terrace. The residence has a front and back balcony. The back porch is fully integrated into the living and dining, working as an extension of the internal space. The glass cover allows its use on rainy days. The brick applied in facade is present inside the residence, in central elements of environments, such as the fireplace, which has basalt stone covered base, and the gourmet barbecue. The detail of the games room is a wooden slats panel, which makes the wall cladding and lining. The same detail was applied to the gourmet area furniture. The games room faces the siding facade, which has a tearing wooden paneling and a planter in all its extension.Another interesting detail is the coating of tiles used in the wall of the toilet, in blue color, and in the dining room, in a colorful patchwork framed. The interior design was developed by the same office that designed the house. The predominant material selected for the furniture was wood, to heat the rooms that have generous size. Wood also appears with the patina finish in white when intention is to bring lightness. The color is present in small elements, such as pillows and decorative objects.
