The house is located in La Pedrera, an uruguayan seaside village on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean.
The land is located in the center of this small town, 5 minutes walk from the beach.
The position of the house in the lot responds to the orientation and to the search of visuals. It has 2 levels, the ground floor, an area with the kitchen an a deck, use it mostly during the day. And a first floor where the living room and the master bedroom are, both enjoying of a priviliged view to the sea.
Finally, in the backyard, a guest house with two more bedrooms with their own bathroom. Perfect for the Independence of our 4 children.
The materiality is a mixed structure of concrete and wood. The whole house was custom made, not only the furniture, but also the frames, the stairs, the railings, everything is a craft.
