La Mer Common Area Improvements
Naples, FL, United States
La Mer was the first of the open atrium high-rise residential developments on Park Shore beach. Constructed in the late 1970's, it has become an icon of the Naples sky line. DCa was asked to bring La Mer into the 21st century while maintaining its modernist integrity. The scope of our work is comprehensive, involving the renovation and reconfiguration of 20,000 sf of common areas and updating 17 floors of atrium. The project was completed in June of 2016.
