The project is developed in the first row on a 300 m2 plot of land, which faces directly the artificial lagoon of the La Jolla Condominium, and which also allows direct views of the sea. The second floor of the house is the one that enjoys these views, since the land has a slope below the lagoon, generating a first floor where the access to the house is located. This first level is where most of the rooms, service area and garages are located. Normally these levels lack light due to this situation, but to mitigate this, what was decided was to generate an intermediate space, a family room as a tribune that accompanies the ascent towards the social areas, it is a space that allows light to be introduced and the understanding of the house from the section, giving a completely different spatiality and losing the limits between the two levels, at the same time the materiality and form, allows generating an enveloping "informal" space where multiple family activities can take place, in addition to generating continuity between the entrance patio, the living room and the outdoor terrace. At the second level all social environments are integrated, both functionally and visually.
