The project is configured based on the need to accommodate up to three families with some independence, but who can use the main social spaces of the house together. An internal patio is generated which allows the accesses to the rooms to be distributed on several levels, in a typological system similar to that of a "fifth", where many of the interactions take place in this open space.
On the first level we find the main living room and kitchen, as well as family and guest rooms. On the second level there are two mini-apartments at each end, which are linked by an open circulation and a terrace. The staircase continues to the third level where we find the family terrace with pool and barbecue area.
The image of the house is marked by a concrete enclosure made of prefabricated pieces on site, which allows the passage of light, but at the same time gives privacy to the interiors and can be used as storage and shelves.
