The KUPA chair is the result of an exercise of furniture, sustainability, and mobility done for Atelier Romo, an educational platform that encourages experimentation through contemporary art strategies. One of the design premises was to take full advantage of the raw material used, a premise that has become KP’s banner. The KUPA chair entered a furniture design competition sponsored by MASISA and was chosen as a finalist on the national level in the year 2010, becoming the first Kiltro Polaris’s collectible.
